A London retrofit specialist with clear boundaries
Retrofit London provides retrofit assessment, retrofit coordination, retrofit design, airtightness testing and building-physics calculations for homes across London. We do not install measures. Our role is to help clients understand their buildings, plan improvements properly and commission work with confidence.
Retrofit London is a trading name of PRIMELINKS SOLUTIONS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The company’s director is Afshar Tufail, who is the contact for Retrofit London enquiries.
PRIMELINKS SOLUTIONS LTD also operates Primelinks Solutions, which provides property compliance services. Retrofit London is the company’s dedicated retrofit service.

We start from what the building is and how it is used, not from a product or a measure.

Insulation, airtightness, ventilation and heating interact. We consider them together so one improvement does not cause another problem.

Traditional construction manages moisture differently. Approaches should suit the building, its significance and its setting.

Every quotation states what is included, what is not, and who is responsible for each element.

We describe our services and credentials accurately. If we cannot evidence something, we do not claim it.

Who does the work
Who carries out the work
Retrofit roles require specific competence. A person’s qualification belongs to that person; a scheme registration or certification belongs to the business that holds it. We keep the two distinct.
Retrofit London delivers all six of its services directly. You contract with PRIMELINKS SOLUTIONS LTD, and your quotation names the person who will carry out the work. If a project needs input from another specialist – for example a structural engineer – we will tell you before anything is arranged.

Reviews and case studies
As a new trading name, we will publish client feedback and project examples only once they are genuine, accurate and shared with the client’s permission. We do not use invented testimonials or stock photography presented as our own work.
